I believe that with mutual application to the coaching process your goals are achievable. All individuals are capable of exceeding what they believe to be feasible.

Coaches wear many hats and the first and most important in my opinion, is teaching. All performance is built upon world class basics.

As part of the community of coached athletes you will not only get my support, but also the support of your peers. My ambition is to build a group of like minded racers who are supportive of each other and enjoy sharing racing experiences.

We all love technology, it can be exciting to open up new layers of insight. We are however focussed on using technology as a guide and a tool, rather than a rule. Various support options are available to best meet your needs and personal situation.

We will share images and videos using screen sharing to give specific feedback.

We will use screening sessions and video analysis to formulate a conditioning plan to improve your biomechanical performance in order to reduce injury risk and increase performance.

I am able to offer guidance on optimal fuelling for training, adapting to training and racing.

Of course all of this information will go into formulating a training plan specifically to work towards your goals within the time and energy that you have available.

With all this training and technology sometimes it is easy to forget that simply being by getting the day to day basics that little bit better you can accelerate your athletic ability.

What is best for one athlete may not be optimal for you personally. I am able to offer specific guidance to you based on your current performance level and budget.

Ultimately the final hat to wear in coaching is that of a mentor.

I have worked with athletes in the past that are now excellent coaches themselves. Part of moving towards this level is taking a degree of ownership in decision making for your own training and racing. I will always aim for the athletes I work with to become independent, but supported.
